How To Transfer/Sync Screenshots From Your iPod Touch/iPhone To Your Computer
Now that you know how to take a screenshot on your iPod Touch/iPhone, here is how to transfer/sync the screenshots to your computer. On a Windows PC computer, you will see a “camera” device show up on My Computer, which you can then import the screenshots using a photo manager software.
On a Apple Mac OS X computer, open up Image Capture, iPhoto, Aperture, Adobe Lightroom and some other apps and it will transfer/sync the screenshots to your computer automatically. Please submit tips to us by commenting!!

Thanks. I knew there must be an easy way to transfer photos from iphone to mac. Image Capture.app is just the trick. Thanks for the how-to.

with the latest version of itouch, you cannot do this as people were using the itouch more as a storage device rather than for music etc.
