If you have been using Google Gmail for a long time, you will be happy to know that Google now enables you to read your mail offline using Google Gears. This is a really great news as previously Gmail depended a lot on you having an internet connection for you to acces the functions. Now you can read your mail online, label or star it. Only bad points is that you cannot send mail or receive new mail. (duh!) To use this new awesome function, you need to install Google Gears first.
Here is a quick video to show you what it will look the new offline Gmail will looks like. I will post more about this as I try out the new function. Comment and let me know what you think, or get our blog updates by email or RSS!! 😀
